1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88gj ("88gj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 88gj.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88gj platform — including its casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, slots, crash games, and promotional features — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game rules published elsewhere on the 88gj platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 88gj platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 88gj operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any balance held within it forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. 88gj does not guarantee that use of the platform is legal in every country or territory.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through 88gj or any affiliated platform, at the time of registration or login.
• Not a restricted person: Employees of 88gj, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to open player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the 88gj platform.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on the 88gj platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all 88gj accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active player account on the 88gj platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88gj login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 88gj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login details.
• KYC verification: 88gj is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account closure: You may close your 88gj account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding bonus balance subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

88gj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 88gj platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on the 88gj platform is Rs300. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. 88gj does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on your payment method must match the name on your 88gj account.
• No fees: 88gj does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 88gj accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals of bonus winnings are additionally subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• AML checks: 88gj operates in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. Transactions flagged for AML review may be subject to additional delays pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88gj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• One bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. 88gj reserves the right to withhold bonus funds where it suspects abuse.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards meeting a wagering requirement. Game contribution rates are detailed in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from your account.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet, you may not place a single bet exceeding Rs5,000 (or the equivalent in any other qualifying game format). Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to cancel: 88gj reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event that a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds that have already been credited will be handled in accordance with the notice provided at the time of cancellation.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

The 88gj platform uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all casino games, ensuring that every game outcome is genuinely random and independent of previous outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories.

• Game rules: Each game on the 88gj platform has its own set of rules accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before playing it.
• Malfunction voids play: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, 88gj reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. No claim may be made for winnings arising from a malfunctioning game.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game on the 88gj platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• Sports betting: All sports bets placed on the 88gj platform are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the sports betting section. 88gj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a manifest error.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from the outcome of any game, the log files held on the 88gj server shall constitute the authoritative record of the game's outcome. Player-side records (including screenshots) are not accepted as evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88gj platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the 88gj platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live casino or poker environments.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawful means.
• Using the 88gj platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 88gj platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 88gj staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person during the KYC verification process.

8 Responsible Gaming

88gj is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and we are committed to providing tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered 88gj players:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Reductions to your deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: You may configure session time reminders that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88gj platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 88gj or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88gj platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 88gj platform without the prior written consent of 88gj.

The 88gj name, logo, and all associated branding elements are the trademarks or registered trademarks of 88gj. Unauthorised use of any 88gj trademark is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88gj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 88gj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, platform downtime, or connectivity failures.
• Interruption to gaming sessions caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance of the 88gj platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 88gj login credentials.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays outside of 88gj's control.
• Any inaccuracy in information published on the platform that is corrected promptly upon discovery.

In all cases, 88gj's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

88gj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on the 88gj platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 88gj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88gj holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 88gj relating to your account or any transaction on the platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Our team will aim to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
